You must convert callers into confirmed customers, and there will be sales goals to meet. You should have one year of sales experience and at least six months of customer service experience. As with any other CSR position, this job requires you to take back-to-back calls from customers, help them resolve their issues quickly and completely, and provide top-notch customer service. You don’t need to have any experience for this job, though it would be nice if you already have a customer service background.
